Once your refund request is approved, we will process it within 3–5 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method and you will receive a confirmation email. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to appear in your account. No hard feelings, no questions asked!
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account pending resolution.
