Shipping Policy
- At Voicemaker, all purchases are digital products, which means they are delivered instantly after a successful transaction. Once your payment is processed, you will gain immediate access to your purchased product/plan, and the purchased characters will be automatically added to your registered email account. No waiting, no shipping delays.
- Since our products are digitally delivered instantly, there is no physical shipment or specific delivery time unless otherwise specified.
Payment Obligations & Cancellation Policy
- As our service provides custom AI-generated audio and digital products, we do not offer cancellations or refunds, except as explicitly stated in this policy. However, as a customer-centric company, if our customer support team individually assesses and approves a specific case, an exception may be made.
- Subscription Cancellations: If you choose to cancel your subscription during an active subscription period, you may continue to use the subscription until the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the remaining period.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only available under the following conditions:
- You purchased a Subscription within the last 5 days.
- Your account usage has not exceeded 10,000 characters of text-to-speech conversion.
- The purchase was not part of a promotional or discounted offer.
If your request does not meet any of these criteria, we will not be able to process a refund.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Your Subscription was purchased more than 5 days ago.
- You have exceeded 10,000 characters of voice generation.
- Refund requests made due to a change of mind after using the service.
- Subscription cancellations do not qualify for partial refunds or prorated credits.
How to Request a Refund?
If you qualify for a refund, you can submit a request by filling out the form on our Contact Us page or emailing [email protected] with the following details:
- Your account email
- Purchase details (Transaction ID, Subscription plan details)
- Confirmation that your usage is below 10,000 characters (PS. an exception may be made)
Refund Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved, we will process it within one business day. The amount will be credited to your original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 3-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. No hard feelings, no questions asked!
