Refund & Cancellation Policy

We are the most customer-centric company, serving a community of over 5 million registered users by offering the world-class Voicemaker® Text-to-Speech (TTS) platform designed with innovation and customer satisfaction at its core. We are committed to delivering seamless, high-quality voice generation solutions that meet diverse user needs. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund request is necessary. To ensure transparency, please review our Refund Policy before making a purchase.


Payment Obligations & Cancellation Policy
  • As our service provides custom AI-generated audio and digital products, we do not offer cancellations or refunds, except as explicitly stated in this policy. However, as a customer-centric company, if our customer support team individually assesses and approves a specific case, an exception may be made.
  • Subscription Cancellations: Subscriptions are managed through auto-pay for Credit and Debit card users. To prevent future charges, simply disable auto-pay from your Account → Subscription settings page. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period at no additional cost. For PayPal and RazorPay users, no action is needed - your plan expires naturally at the end of its duration and does not renew automatically.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available for first-time purchases only, provided all of the following conditions are met:

  • Your request is submitted within 5 days of your initial purchase date.
  • The purchase was not part of a promotional or discounted offer.
  • The request is not for a plan renewal or plan upgrade.

If your request does not meet these criteria, we will not be able to process a refund.


Refund Amount

If you qualify, the refund amount is determined by how many text characters you have used at the time of your request:

  • 0 characters used — Full refund, no deductions.
  • 1 – 50,000 characters — deduction of $2 as a usage fee.
  • 50,001 – 100,000 characters — deduction of $4 as a usage fee.
  • 100,001 – 150,000 characters — deduction of $6 as a usage fee.
  • 150,001 – 200,000 characters — deduction of $8 as a usage fee.
  • Above 200,000 characters — No refund applicable.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Your subscription was purchased more than 5 days ago.
  • You have used more than 200,000 characters of voice generation.
  • The request is for a plan renewal or plan upgrade.
  • The purchase was made under a promotional or discounted offer.
  • Refund requests made due to a change of mind after significant use of the service.
  • Subscription cancellations do not qualify for partial refunds or prorated credits.

How to Request a Refund

If you qualify for a refund, please submit your request via the form on our Contact Us page or by emailing [email protected] with the following details:

  • Your registered account email address
  • Purchase details (Transaction ID and Subscription plan name)
  • Your current character usage at the time of the request

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, we will process it within 3–5 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method and you will receive a confirmation email. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to appear in your account. No hard feelings, no questions asked!


Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account pending resolution. We strongly encourage you to reach out to our support team first, we are committed to resolving any issue fairly and promptly.

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any updates will be reflected on this page, and we encourage you to review our policies periodically to stay informed.
